I am a qualified Executive Coach, accredited by the Association of Executive Coaches (AoEC).  I have successfully coached senior managers to achieve their goals, both as corporate clients and individual clients.  A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD,  I have over 20 years' experience in HR, in both public and private sector, specialising in Employee Relations, Pay & Reward and Performance Management.  I have considerable experience of restructuring, acquisition and mergers and down-sizing, as well as management of teams and specialists.  Having worked at Board level for a number of years, I have the necessary credibility with senior executives.
