A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, I have over 20 years' experience in HR, in both public and private sector, specialising in Employee Relations, Pay & Reward and Performance Management. I have considerable experience of restructuring, acquisition and mergers and down-sizing, as well as management of teams and specialists.
